I was disappointed about the size. I ordered a medium for an average size great-grandmother, but when it arrived it was quite large. I'm hoping it shrinks to fit her better, but I'm not holding my breath for that as I think the material maybe pre-shrunk. I was happy with the personalization and the overall look, but if she doesn't wear it because of the size, it was a bust.
