When the company was unable to fulfill their original shipping date, I was notified of the delay and given the assurance that my order would arrive in time for Christmas. Then, because the company felt bad about the delay, I was offered a 20% discount and free standard shipping on my next order. This is a top-notch company in my opinion and very customer oriented.
