12x18 Metal Signs

I bought this ornament for my grandson. I loved that I could personalize it with his name and the colors and number was the same as his team jersey. It was broken when it arrived. I called the customer service number and they sent a replacement out immediately. I didn't need to return the broken one. The service was great.
