Shipping Policy

Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days, and arrive in 9 to 12 business days with Standard Shipping. Canada shipments also arrive in approximately 9 to 12 business days. Time in transit is not guaranteed for ground shipments.

Free Shipping applies to standard rates only, and does not apply to additional charges for Premium, Rush, Express, Urgent and Canada shipments.

Note: It takes 2-3 days to personalize most items, which will then be shipped by whatever method you choose.
