The delivery service was excellent The design itself and the personalization were very well done. The only negative was the name brand which made the item appear cheap. The recipient loved the gift, but I had to explain that the brand wasn't the best. I would have gladly spent another $10.00 for a better quality brand. Perhaps when a purchase is made, you could avail the purchaser of the option of brand A or B with different price options. All, in all I was happy with my purchase.
