I lOVED the Tie! I need it for my sisters wedding ( as a tribute to my deceased brother). I Needed the tie to arrive on time...I payed for 3-4 day delivery and WOW...it only took 3 days total. From ordering to being at my door step..3 days!!! :D Great quality fabric, Great image quality and layout..PERFECT!!

I was not entirely satisfied with the quality of the tie I ordered even though it had no specific errors. I contacted customer service about it and was told I could return the tie for a refund. It is not the policy of the company to do this on personalized items, but they made an exception for me. I then reconsidered and decided to keep the tie anyway because it wasn't entirely without merit. This company has good customer service.
