A lovely product, but image is misleading. Actual item arrived with engraving more like a faded print job and not as dark and detailed as in photo. Spoke to customer service rep. She was helpful. I explained a disclaimer is needed on every engraved bamboo product description to indicate this is not how dark the carving will appear but that it is darkened for illustration. I'll have to fix the gift myself.
